Manufacturing date and best-before date is clearly printed on every jar. Fresh batches are prepared every 2–3 weeks — never sitting in a warehouse.
We rely on traditional preservation methods — mustard oil, salt, acidity, and sun-drying. No sodium benzoate, no MSG, no artificial additives. Ever.
Jars are vacuum-sealed immediately after filling to lock in freshness and prevent contamination. Shelf life: 12–18 months unopened.
